Mom vs Bear
A mother took on a 700 pound bear to protect her children. A mom's love, I'll tell you...
Oh boy, I hadn't even thought about that. Can you imagine some animal rights group trying to sue her after she was protecting her kids? They'd be the laughing stock of the country.
Thanks for stopping by the blog, by the way. Are you a Judy Garland fan?
Yeah, I do. I just saw "The Clock" for the first time, a couple of weeks ago, and loved it! I really think it's probably the best movie I've seen her in. But it's one of those movies that you can't really describe to people, because it kind of sounds bad. At least the way I describe it, it does. :(
Anyway, I really enjoy your blog. You blog way more than I do, though! I'm so unfaithful! Thanks for coming to mine. The one you commented on is a blog that our small group just started up, and we're pretty excited about it. It's just another way to get more discussion time in.
That was the movie that first started my interest in her, about 6 years ago. I think it's one of the best she had done, especially since it's not a musical. Non-musicals for her was not very normal.
I blog very frequently, perhaps too frequently, but when I started the blog it was all very sparadic but it turned into this great journaling system, it keeps me in check. I can tell when something isn't right spiritually because a lot of the time my posts become less and less and there isn't substance to them. I try to write at least 2-3 real pieces a week, and unless there's an emergency that's what I should be hitting. Of course there are exceptions, but generally that's my posting schedule.
Food lover, wanna be writer, mother, web designer, music lover, disciple of Christ.
More? The only thing I can say is that I'm very blessed. What else there is to say? Christ bore my sin so that I may stand before the Father in a righteousness that is not my own. I am forgiven, not because of who I am but because of who Christ is and what He has done. I am His, and every day I must strive to walk that out in faith. Each day I fail, but He is quick to forgive when I come to Him in broken hearted repentance. I can't begin to tell you how that amazes me.

Wow--that is just amazing. Let's hope no animal rights people take her to court! :) God was totally gracious to her. What a spunky lady.
I noticed your links--they're very cool. I love the GirlTalk blog, and Mr. MacArthur is wonderful.
